OUR VISION
WELCOME to the GPML website. This site provides current and potential homeowners detail of the management of the communal areas within the Nunnery Fields development built by Abbey Homes Ltd towards the end of the 1990s in the market town of Thetford, Norfolk.

Rudlings Solicitors support Groundlocal Property Management with :-
- Providing FME1 forms and associated documents to sellers’ solicitors
- Providing a Deed of Covenant and Certificate of Compliance to buyers’ solicitors
There is a charge for both services, and full up to date details will be provided by Shazad Butt on contacting him at Rudlings Solicitors. The process is no longer handled in house, please note only the contact details above are to be used for ALL property transfers going forward.

GROUNDLOCAL is always looking for new members who live on the estate to come and join us as directors. It is a most rewarding role, and only requires you to attend around half a dozen meetings a year, these last around an hour and a half each, and are held in the evening at a venue on the estate to discuss current issues and solutions. In particular, if you are skilled within the areas of gardening or financial accounting then we would be most interested to hear from you. January 2025 Update :
It is that time of year again, and the annual service charges for the forthcoming year are now due. In a first this year, invoices will be sent out via email where we have your details which we collected last year using the form below. There is still time to complete this now if you have not already done so. Members who have not completed with details by early February 2025 will still have this years invoice sent to them through the post. In line with the agreement passed at last years AGM, the service charge due this year is :-
£65 which is reduced to £45 (last years amount) if paid by 23:59 hours on Monday 31st March 2025
The Annual General Meeting this year will be held on Tuesday 29th April at 7:30pm at the Methodist Church, Tanner Street, Thetford. Full details, including agenda and proxy voting form (if needed) will be attached to your service charge invoice to be sent shortly.
Charles Debono has left the directors committee with immediate effect, and we would like to thank him for his service in the past.
