SEPTEMBER / OCTOBER 2025 - UPDATE

Many thanks to everyone who responded to our request for more committee members - or directors - to join us. We are delighted to say that we now have four new directors who have just joined us at our September meeting. With other estates now charging in excess of £500 per year per property in annual service charges, it is especially pleasing that we have been able to retain the in-house arrangement on our estate to help to keep costs down for us all, whilst also retaining that all-important local touch. Thank you again to everyone who contacted us...

....and a welcome to Saema Karim, Rhonda Johnson, Bryony Holt and Bill Smith who have now joined as our four new GPML directors.

We are completing a re-structure of roles within the committee, and will publish the revised set up going forward into the new year shortly.
